Fall’s hottest shoe trend of 2018

This post is sponsored by FILA and Her Campus Media, all opinions and pictures are my own :)

It’s finally starting to get cool out, Pumpkin Spice Lattes are back, and that cute sweater you bought on sale a few months back can finally be worn! There is just something refreshing and “trend”ing and new about fall weather (or maybe it’s because I’m not melting my makeup off every time I step outside.)

Like every new season, fall brings its trends and must-haves for the season, after all, New York Fashion Week just ended. Only recently have I stayed on top of “trends” I mainly I try and stick to staple pieces that work for me and my body type.

One shoe trend, however, that I have definitely grown to like is the “chunky sneaker”. I haven’t been a big tennis shoe person, as I have always stayed to ankle boots or slip-ons. But, I have absolutely loved have the stability of a sneaker while still looking 90s chic.

I recently partnered up with FILA to show off their shoe trend known as the chunky sneaker, specifically the Disruptor 2 shoe.

And let me just say off the bat I LOVE THEM. Not only are they comfortable and give me support (which I probably need anyway) they are chic and are easy to pair with outfits.

So long are the days where you have to wear tennis shoes just to work out. My favorite way to style my FILA Disruptor 2s is a street style look.

I love being practical with outfits while still bringing my style to looks. My FILA’s are a perfect way to be practical while making a statement (I’m dying over the pink).

While I do enjoy a good heel, I can’t do all day in a pair of heels but I can do all day in my Disruptor 2s.

Overall I’m very happy and excited that this seasons biggest shoe trend is one that is both practical and chic. I will definitely be wearing my FILA Disruptor 2s all season more (and then some).

Because what is better than a pink sneaker that you can wear all the time?

Let me know your thoughts on this trend in the comments below. And as always happy writing! xx Tina
