Why and you should be using a Rose Quartz roller, and how it changed my skin for good.

Spring is finally upon us, and so are new skin care and fashion products. Of course, with every new season comes it’s new products, but they aren’t always proven to be the best or stay around longer than a season.

With the recent popularity of the Rose Quartz roller, I wasn’t sure if this would be like any other season fad, after using it for a few weeks I know it will stay around longer. Growing up I loved collecting previous crystals and stones with my Nana and reading about all their properties and what they are used for. Rose Quartz was no stranger to me.

For those who aren’t aware, Rose Quartz is known to be the stone of “love”, according to the Healing Crystal website “Rose Quartz is the stone of unconditional love. One of the most important stones for Heart Chakra work, Rose Quartz opens the heart to all types of love – love of self, love of family, love of friends, romantic love. Because it is a type of quartz, Rose Quartz does have high energy, but its vibe is also calming and soothing.”

Why you should be using a Rose Quartz roller

And not just once a week or month, but incorporating it into your everyday routine. After cleansing, toning and moisturizing your face (for those who struggle with acne click here) use the Rose Quartz roller and roll upwards towards your face for a minute on each side. You may feel a cool sensation on your face at first, but don’t worry that helps de-puff areas like the eyes and cheeks and is actually property in itself.

Doing this will actually improve collagen and elasticity in your face. Boosting both elasticity and collagen helps make the face stay youthful and helps control the size of the pores and scarring.

I am in no way a professional on the subject, but I before using my Rose Quartz roller I had several areas that were scarred from acne since I’ve been using my roller my scars have been healing and I’m seeing my pores clear up. It has also brought down swelling in my cheeks and eyes area as my allergies have started to flare up.

Other properties of the Rose Quartz roller

Using a Rose Quartz roller also helps other skincare products soaks up into your skin more. Since you are constantly boosting your skin area by promoting collagen and elasticity, your skin is able to be malleable and soak in the products you actually put on it instead of just sitting on the surface.

This in return can also help clear up problematic areas on the skin because your skin is finally able to soak up what you are putting into it.

Where to buy it and final thoughts

Overall using my Rose Quartz roller has almost erased my acne scars completely, and has managed my large pores the best. I cannot believe how much benefit has come out by incorporating one tool into my morning/night routine.

Finding a roller that won’t break your bank wasn’t hard either. Below are my favorite rollers I’ve found at a reasonable (and well worth it) price.

Is there any significant difference between a Rose one and a Jade Roller? I have a Jade Roller, but haven’t been the best at using it regularly

There are just different healing properties with Jade, which I imagine is the only difference since they both promote collagen in the skin! Using it both morning and night daily is when I saw the difference in my skin, so I would suggest using it daily 🙂
